About Westridge

Westridge Church is a relaxed, welcoming community of Christians who desire to know Jesus, grow in our faith, and actively share His love with others.
We are a church plant in West Richland and part of The Ridge family alongside Southridge Church in Kennewick. Being new means there is room for you and nobody has claimed your seat yet.

Launch Event and Community Open House

Our building, our parking lot and out into Flat Top Park, at 4771 W Van Giesen Street. Everything is free. Arrive any time between 2:00 and 6:00.

Check in at the welcome station and your family gets a gift bag plus food and drink tickets for everyone. You also get a brochure with games and objectives to complete for points you can spend on prizes. We'll pause briefly at 3:00 and 5:00 for a welcome and announcements.

Free food

Gourmet hot dogs from Henry's Restaurant, street tacos, rice and beans from Jose's Food Truck, and a coffee and cocoa booth.

For the kids

A large inflatable slide, an obstacle course, face painting, scavenger hunts and a fall photo booth.

Live music

Plus games, prizes and raffles running through the afternoon.

Prizes

Westridge mugs, tumblers, water bottles, shirts, beanies and more, plus raffle baskets of gift cards.

When does Westridge Church meet?

Westridge Church worships Saturdays at 5:00 PM at 4771 W Van Giesen Street, West Richland, WA, at Bombing Range and Van Giesen next to Flat Top Park.

Why Saturday evening?

Church and time in God’s Word aren’t just for those who grew up going to Sunday morning service. We’re actively trying to serve the unchurched and dechurched. Saturday evening worship means Sunday stays open, and it means people who work Sundays can still be part of a church. Southridge in Kennewick meets Sunday mornings if that suits you better.

Is Westridge its own church?

Yes. Westridge is its own congregation with its own building and its own service, and it is part of The Ridge family alongside Southridge Church in Kennewick.
